Talk therapy, whether online or in person, provides a supportive space to explore emotions, challenges, and personal growth with a trained therapist. Both formats are effective, with in-person sessions offering face-to-face connection and online therapy providing flexibility and accessibility from anywhere.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that helps individuals process and heal from distressing memories by using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements. It is particularly effective for trauma, reducing emotional distress and negative beliefs associated with past experiences.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a structured therapy that helps individuals gradually face feared situations or thoughts while resisting compulsive behaviors or avoidance. It is highly effective for anxiety disorders, particularly OCD, by breaking the cycle of fear and reinforcing healthier coping mechanisms.
